Submitting a request, contact form, or any information through this website does not create an appraiser-client, consultant-client, umpire, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only after an assignment has been reviewed, accepted, and confirmed through a signed written agreement.

When you submit a request, you may provide contact details, property and claim information, and supporting documents such as photographs, estimates, and reports. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any documents you upload.
We use the information you submit to evaluate whether we can assist with your assignment and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information. We may share submitted information with the other parties to an appraisal or umpire process (such as the opposing appraiser) when relevant to the assignment.
No Coverage or Legal Advice
Our services relate to the amount of a property loss, building consulting, and estimating. Nothing on this website or in any communication with us constitutes a determination of insurance coverage, legal advice, or public adjusting services, unless expressly agreed to in writing by a properly licensed professional.
